Destiny 2 Xur location and items, Feb. 28-March 3

LfIf you played Destiny, you may be familiar with Xur, the weekly Exotic item merchant. In Destiny 2, he’s back, and he now appears all over the map. This week, you can find Xur in the Tower, standing on the back stairs in the Hangar.

Xur’s inventory this week consists of the following:

Sunshot, hand cannon: 29 Legendary Shards

Aeon Swift, Hunter gauntlets: 23 Legendary Shards

Dunemarchers, Titan boots: 23 Legendary Shards

Eye of Another World, Warlock helmet: 23 Legendary Shards

Exotic Engram: 97 Legendary Shards

Invitation quest: 9 Legendary Shards

Xur’s inventory caps out at 941 if you’re 960.

SUNSHOT

Sunshot is an exotic hand cannon that does Solar damage. It’s also one of the exotics you can choose on Io while playing through the campaign. Sunshot’s first exotic perk is Sunburn, which causes the weapon to fire explosive rounds and highlight enemies that take damage. Its secondary perk, Sun Blast, causes enemies killed by Sunshot to explode.

Sunshot is one of the most fun Exotics in the game. If you don’t have one, get yourself a Sunshot this week.

AEON SWIFT

Aeon Swift is a Hunter gauntlet from Curse of Osiris. Its exotic perk, Aeon Energy, will grant energy to other Aeon item users in your fireteam. You’ll share ability energy with other classes, and get back dodge energy if they use the perk for you.

These gauntlets, and their matching sets for other classes, are actual garbage. There is no reason to ever use these. Do not buy them, especially since you can get them by just finishing the Osiris campaign as a Hunter. They’re terrible, please don’t give Xur the satisfaction of a sale this week.

Xur’s roll this week is Arc, and comes with 47 total stats.

DUNEMARCHERS

Dunemarchers are excellent Titan boots that everyone should pick up. Their exotic perk, Linear Actuators, increases your sprint speed and causes your next melee after sprinting to chain damage to nearby foes. The secondary part of this perk is almost unnoticeable. The reason you want Dunemarchers is to increase your speed. This exotic is awesome for PvP and can even come in handy on some raid fights like The Gauntlet. If you don’t have these boots for your Titan, be sure to grab them.

Xur’s roll this week is Arc, and comes with 50 total stats.

EYE OF ANOTHER WORLD

You may already have Eye of Another World if you selected it from Sloane right before the Utopia campaign mission. The Cerebral Uplink perk will highlight targets for you and passively increase the regeneration of your grenade, melee and Rift abilities. It’s certainly worth picking up if you don’t have it yet.

Xur’s roll this week is Void, and comes with 52 total stats.
